Consumer Rights Act 2015: services must be performed with reasonable care and skill. If we fail to meet this, you may have a right to repeat performance or a price reduction.
Cancellation by you: for distance bookings, you may have a 14-day right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 unless an exception applies (for example, a dated leisure event where you chose a specific date). We explain your rights in the booking email.
